Shipping, Payment, and Order Policies

Domestic Shipping Only: Cactii Labs LLC ships only within the United States to qualified researchers and institutions. We do not ship internationally, and we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Processing Time: Orders are prepared and dispatched once payment is confirmed. In-stock orders placed before 2PM EST typically ship the same business day.

Secure Packaging: Every order is packaged to protect product integrity and uphold chain-of-custody standards from our facility to your door.

Tracking: As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number along with the carrier details.

Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the service you select. Orders that qualify for free shipping show it at checkout.

Address Accuracy: It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. Cactii Labs LLC is not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address supplied by the customer. If an order is refused or undeliverable because of an incorrect address or other customer error, you are responsible for any additional shipping costs.

Lost Packages: If the carrier marks a package as “Delivered” but it is missing, please contact the carrier first. Claims for non-delivery must be reported within 14 days of the order date at [email protected]; we will investigate with the carrier and, where applicable, issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Because research peptides are highly sensitive and depend on strict temperature control and chain-of-custody purity standards:

All Sales Are Final: Once a product has left our facility, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds. We are unable to verify how a product was stored once it is in the buyer’s possession, so it cannot be restocked for other researchers.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receipt with your order number and clear photos. Verified damaged or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.

Orders can only be cancelled if your request reaches us at [email protected] before the order has shipped. Once a tracking number has been generated, the order can no longer be cancelled.
