Every product has a third-party Certificate of Analysis (COA) on file before it ships. Whether you order one vial or fifty, it’s the exact same product held to the same purity standard.
Can I see the lab reports (COAs)?
Yes. Batch Certificates of Analysis are published in our COA library and on each product page, and our team can provide documentation on request at [email protected].
How fast do you ship and how is it tracked?
In-stock orders placed before 2PM EST typically ship the same business day. Every order ships in secure packaging, and you’ll receive a tracking number and carrier details by email as soon as it ships.
What payment methods do you accept?

What is your return and refund policy?
Because research peptides depend on strict temperature control and chain-of-custody purity standards, all sales are final once a product has left our facility.
