Research Use Only (RUO) exemption: Distributed under the FDA Guidance Document on RUO/IUO products (November 2013) and 21 CFR § 809.10(c)(2), which exempts RUO products from regulation under Parts 100–740 of Title 21 governing food, drugs, cosmetics, and related products.

Cactii Labs LLC ships only to verified buyers. Verification involves institutional, professional, or regulatory review (compounding pharmacy license, NPI/DEA, institutional letterhead, or equivalent).

These products fall outside Sections 503A and 503B of the FD&C Act. Cactii Labs LLC is not a 503A compounding pharmacy or a 503B outsourcing facility, and products are not compounded medications.
