Affiliate Program Terms

Partners may promote Cactii Labs products solely as laboratory research compounds for in-vitro research use by qualified professionals. Promotion must be directed at research audiences — labs, researchers, and scientific communities — not at consumers seeking personal, human, or veterinary use. Partners may not make or imply any health, medical, therapeutic, diagnostic, performance, weight-loss, or anti-aging claim, may not provide dosing or administration guidance, and may not use before/after imagery or testimonials describing human use.

All content containing a referral link or partner code must clearly and conspicuously disclose the partner’s material connection to Cactii Labs LLC, consistent with FTC endorsement guidelines (16 CFR Part 255). Undisclosed promotion is grounds for immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of unpaid referral value.

Referral value applies only to approved, delivered orders placed by new or returning customers who arrive through the partner’s link, and to their later orders. Self-referrals, orders placed with a partner’s personal discount code, refunded or canceled orders, chargebacks and fraudulent transactions are excluded. Referral value is calculated on the net product subtotal after discounts, excluding shipping and taxes.

Partners may not bid on Cactii Labs brand terms or misspellings in paid search, register confusingly similar domains or social handles, send unsolicited spam, use cookie-stuffing or link-cloaking techniques, make false or misleading statements about Cactii Labs LLC or its products, or promote Cactii Labs alongside any content suggesting human or veterinary use. Any violation may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid referral value.

Partners are independent contractors, not employees, agents, or representatives of Cactii Labs LLC. Nothing in the program creates an employment, agency, joint-venture, or franchise relationship. Partners are solely responsible for their own taxes, business expenses, and compliance with all applicable laws and platform policies.

Cactii Labs LLC may modify referral rates, terms, or program structure, or suspend or terminate any partner account, at any time at its sole discretion. Referral value that has been earned and approved prior to a modification remains payable per the terms in effect when it was earned. Termination for a compliance or conduct violation voids all unpaid referral value.

Any earnings examples, calculators, or projections shown on the partner page are illustrative only and are not a promise or guarantee of income. Actual referral value depends entirely on the partner’s audience, effort, and referred order volume.
